Hear me out!

Congratulations President Elect Barak Obama, this must be the dream the infamous Dr. King spoke about. Its been a while but I have been extremely busy. This morning I woke up on the wrong side of the bed with a smile on my face. Thats not a good thing for alot of folks but nevertheless it is what it is. The Chief and the Captain of the NYC DOHMH Police held meetings with officers regarding there terms of employment coming to an end because of the Civil Service Law. This Captain took the opportunity to tell one of the officers " Hey look on the bright side at least Home Depot is hiring" this is coming from a Captain who is two pay grades above his civil servant job title as an officer, and in accordance to the Civil Service Rule should be demoted to the last civil servant title, which in his case is as an officer. Since he is not a Civil Servant Supervisor by DCAS Exam he should not hold a provisional job title in excess of 9 months without taking the DCAS exam for that respected title. Must less two pay grades above those who are well deserving. This goes for the Liutenant who now is a Captain and is in the same boat as the other Captain. She got there in a different way though. Because of the Chiefs sexual taste for her it was rather easy for her. Certain female officers has also been receiving preferential job treatment from the Captain because of sexual rendezvous. This is sexual descrimination. But who's watching. Because of the expectation of sexual endeavors certain females are sexualized in the official capacity, past ,present and future. Even one of the Asst. Comm. of the Health Dept. got caught with his pants down for lunch one day. But whos talking. Then you have racial descrimination, but I'll save that for another day. I'm just getting warm, but I'll save some for the jury. Just some food for thought. Remember Truth, Justice, & Freedom. Some of the few things we still have left.

Getting rid of the rust! I am just getting warm.

Whats up all. I know its been a while since I personally wrote a post on my blog, but I have been extremely busy. First off I would like to say to all of my friends from the PPBA, St. A"s, Our Lady of Guadalupe, SFX, 78 Pct, Holy Name, Sacred Heart, and most importantly the Brooklyn Angels organization for this years Little League Baseball season. If I forgot to mention your name my apologies, the list can go on for days... But in any event I had fun this season and I am really looking forward to next season. Most importantly the kids had a lot of fun. To all my other friends, you know who you guys are, big shout out to you. We will see each other again. Wow this week was hot week. If you are from NYC you know what I mean. The season is winding down. Now its time to start focusing on some unfinished business. I hope a lot of you guys who are fans are making good use of the information provided on my blog. I know there are people out there who aren't to thrilled, but thats just too bad. Stay tuned for more on my upcoming posting. Right now I seem to have writers block. But Check in shortly. Remember Truth, Justice, & Freedom, some of the few things we still have control of.

Whats Really Going On?

Hello all! Let me get straight to the point. First off, has anyone seen the gas prices? Has anyone felt the gas prices in there pockets? How does this government not realize that the cost of living increases without income increases is basically useless, if not absolutely ridiculous. How convenient the government raised the price of gas conveniently at the same time the tax rebate checks were sent out! We all know these big wigs have interest for monetary gain with regard to gas or oil. This economic stimulus plan is part of a 168 billion stimulus package. The object is not to save it. They want you to spend it. They say don't spend it all in one place. But we all know where most of it is going, gas. With these big wigs capitalizing on the high gas costs, how much of that 168 billion are they trying to recoup? Makes you think. They say the price of oil per barrel is at an all time high. Somewhere between $100.00 - $120.00 a barrel. When was the last time any of us bought a barrel of gas? Thats the price the government is paying. Its the government that makes us feel it at the pump. Thats also another reason why the gas/oil industry is not regulated in this country. Who do they think they are really fooling? What happens when the tax rebate checks are all spent, and the gas price increases a quarter. Then the government is going to say we shouldn't have spent it, we should have saved it. How subliminal is that! The price of milk increases. Why? If they didn't create that panic with mad cow disease and that e-coli. scare, we would have had enough cows to milk to keep the cost down. But no, they got rid of these cows and created there own shortage, and we have to pay. I can go deeper, but for now that should do. Remember, Truth, Justice, & Freedom, some of the few things we still have control of.

Another Blunder!

COUGH AND SPUTTER - New York Post

Never Say Never!!!!

Hello everyone, yes its been a while, but good things come to those who wait. I remember when I first started to deal with relevant issues at my previous employer. I was told that no one would listen, no one would get involved, in fact I was told that I would eventually lose my job.... etc but, I kept on pushing the issue until someone listened. Many thought I was full of hot air, young and wet behind the ears. They even told me there was nothing I could do. Now I got there full attention. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. I have both the ounce and pound of whatever you seem fit. I gave up a lot, to get to where I am, and still there is a lot more ahead to deal with. The good Lord has done such a wonderful job taking care of me and my family. I come from a very blessed family. Without them I would not have been able to pursue these issues vigorously. Patiently I wait. The final outcome is near. I'm not one of those persons who tells others I told you so. But, sometimes you have to. Sometimes you have to look them in the eye and let them know you are serious. I always felt that when smart people talk no one is really listening, but let a foolish or dumb person sound smart , everyone is listening. Why is that? It says in the the Bible that truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue last only a moment. Bring that lying tongue to court, it will be over before it started. Dont take my advise for it, you will see for yourself. That was a personal message to those who know who they are. Nothing personal. You were given the opportunity to do the right thing. You were told of these issues, but still you felt that you got away with breaking the law for so long, you honestly thought you would never get caught. But, time is up! Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth,so help you God. Remember, Truth, Justice, & Freedom some of the few things we still have control of. Talk to you soon.

Listen up!!!!!

First off, I would like to send my condolences to the family of a fallen angel. My prayers are with you and your family. I really dont know where to begin, its been a very busy week. My daughter won her first little league game today. Shout out to the
Brooklyn Angels Lady Mustangs where they beat the Holy Name Black Widows by a score of 8-3. What excitement!!! Life has been great since my resignation. I accomplished so much in such little time. More time with my family, coaching my own little league team,
teaching gym at Bay Ridge Christian Academy, Etc..... cant list them all, but it has been great. It feels so good not having to deal with folks who make soup with toilet water. For 7 years thats what I did. But now I'm in control. Free to do whatever and whenever at any given time. No more pe-13s, time cards, doctors notes, etc.... So many of us settle for $20.00 an hour, health benefits, a pension plan, & union blindness. Sometimes we depend on it because it pays the bills, keeps the roof over our head, food on the table, etc..... sometimes we are so clouded by these things, that we allow ourselves to be taken advantage of. We allow ourselves to get slapped in the face, we allow ourselves to turn a blind eye on wrongdoing, we allow ourselves to only worry about ourself, until we get that transfer letter, pink slip, charges, suspensions, etc...... then we start to remember all that was wrong. Problem is, its
too late... many of you are in a position to have the upper hand and do the right thing, while there is still time, you need to take that opportunity. The old regime is coming to an end. Time to take control over matters and do whats right. Gangadeen for president....Just joking. But seriously, you guys are in control. Together we can overcome. Many are called, few are chosen. Remember, Truth, Justice, & Freedom, some of the few things we still have control of. Speak to you soon.

A Prayer for our Country

Almighty God, you have given us this great land as our heritage. We humbly pray that we may always remember your generosity and faithfully do your will. Bless our land with honest industry, truthful education and an honorable way of life. Defend our liberties and strengthen the resolve of the people who have come from throughout the world to make America their home. Lead us to choose the harder right instead of the easier wrong. Help us to appreciate the opportunities that are ours as we struggle to bring harmony to an unsettled world. May we balance our concern for justice with willingness to display mercy, and may our concern for security be tempered with a willingness to take risks which will produce worthwhile change for the good of all people. O Lord, we pray for your guidance as we work together for the best interest of our communities, our nation, our world, and the ultimate goal of peace. When times are prosperous, let our hearts be thankful and in troubled times may our deepest trust be in you. Amen.

Educate Yourselves

Its unfortunate that we live in a day and age where we as people are taken advantage of because we are blind to see it. Some of us don't even know that our right have been violated because we don't even know the law. There are so many laws governed by the city, state, and government that are constantly violated by these same areas of jurisdiction in which the laws are governed by. It creates an unfair advantage in pursuing these violations legally. For instance, take the EEOC for example. This Commission is governed by the federal govt. Do you think they would allow you to pursue any violation against the govt thru their jurisdiction? You remember the Anucha Brown case? EEOC supported her because the violators of the law was a private corporation. It wasn't brain surgery. Now pursue the same matter legally thru EEOC against the city, state, or govt for the same violations of law, and you're pretty much on your own. Its called not biting the hand that feeds you syndrome. Frivolous issues need not be addressed because it creates a cry wolf scenario, where you yelled fire one to many times now when the house is burning no one is listening. Explore the blog, watch the videos, etc and first understand your rights. Educate yourselves. Get in touch with the issue at hand, fully comprehend it. Then pursue it. Remember, Truth, Justice, & Freedom. Some of the few things we still have control of.

Psssss,

I had this on my chest, so I had to let it out. I am currently involved in a blockbuster lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court against the City of New York, NYC Dept. of Health & Mental Hygiene, and various other persons in the official capacity representing these entities. This was prompted due to various violations on a regular basis by laws governed by the city, state, & govt statutes. Because of the sensitivity of the case, I will not discuss specifics at all. On any search engine you can look up the name Milford Gangadeen(that would be me). You can see a few articles that covered this situation in the beginning, with a little more in depth analysis to say the least. For those who are interested, I encourage you to indulge yourself. Feel free to contact me, especially those who may need to address employment related matters or may need some advise on their rights as a great citizen in this country. Remember, Truth, Justice, & Freedom. Just a few things we have control of. This is open to all. Thanks. Hope to hear your comments.
